Ana and Chris were married on Valentine's Day at a sweet beach rental house right off of Front Street in Lahaina. Ana found me through her sister Denelle, who is a really good, long time friend of mine. Their ceremony was beautiful and they had a great group of friends and family who all helped celebrate their love. These two were such a sweet couple and a pleasure to work with! Ana & Chris, thank you for sharing your special day with us. It was an honor. Thank you to Shaina for helping me out on this wedding!
Shaina snapped the next one which is sooooo cute!

Baby Kellan
Melinda & Ikaika had their baby boy Kellan a few weeks ago and he is just the most precious little angel! It is such a good idea to get photographs of your baby when they are this small because it's crazy how fast they grow! I got to hold him and it brought back memories of when my little Kaimana was that small. Everything about babies are just so cute, their little hands and feet and the way they love to be held and loved. I feel so lucky to have captured these photographs for this wonderful family. You can see how much love there is for this new little guy in the photos below. Melinda and Ikaika, congratulations on your new addition to your family. Give him a kiss for me.
If any clients are interested, please inquire about maternity and or newborn portraits. I love to capture these precious moments!

last couple weeks...
So, I wanted to share some personal photos on my blog which I haven't done for a bit. I've been so flattered because I've heard from several people recently that they are following my blog. It got me thinking that I really want to post more personal stuff so that people can see who I am and what inspires me in life. I like to take photos of all kinds of different things to keep me inspired and to remind me of all the beauty in the world. Here's some recent photos from the last few weeks.
We went to breakfast at the Kula Lodge with my Grandmother last week. I LOVE that place. I ordered an omelet and my Grandma ordered this waffle (after seeing it, I wish I ordered it haha)
Everything from this day was taken with my 100 macro which I rarely use at weddings because things are moving so fast. I am always amazed how beautiful flowers are this close up...
my little boy posing for the camera again...
Even though we were full, we went to the Lavender farm for tea and scones - yummy :) This was my first time there and it is just breathtaking. I loved the fog. I'd love to go back again soon...
My Grandma spotted a lizzard and Kaimana was very entertained by it - he loves animals
Me and my Grandma and Kaimana sleeping in the ergo.
Oh and that weekend I had a wedding on Valentine's Day. I was so happy to come home to flowers and chocolates and snacks and a yummy seafood dinner that Kawika cooked - he's the best husband EVER!
The next day we went to my Dad's for brunch and Kaimana was having so much fun with my Grandma...
Later that day I had to take some of Kaimana in his highchair - you just never know what kind of expression you will get from him...
Here are a few from Iao Valley (one of my all time favorite places to be).
Do you think Kaimana looks anything like me? It's ok - you can say no, everyone says he's Daddy's twin... He does have my nose though don't you think??
